Lost Sheep Salon LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Lost Sheep Salon”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lostsheepsalon.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Wedding inquiry form: your name, email, phone, wedding date(s), venue or city, bridal party size, services needed, and any notes you provide.
- Email and phone: if you reach out via Brilyn@lostsheepsalon.com or 724-840-4080, we keep whatever information you share in those messages.
- Bookings: when you book an appointment, that data is handled by our booking platform (currently GlossGenius). See their privacy policy for details on what they collect.
We do not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that identify you individually.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only to:
- Respond to your inquiry or booking request
- Schedule consultations, trials, and appointments
- Send contracts, invoices, and reminders related to your service
- Communicate with you about your visit or event
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Who has access
Your information is accessible only to Brilyn Fink, owner of Lost Sheep Salon, and salon staff who need it to perform your services. We use a small number of service providers to operate the business:
- Vercel — hosts our website
- GlossGenius — handles appointment bookings and client records
- Resend — delivers inquiry emails from our website to Brilyn
- QuickBooks — handles invoicing for wedding deposits and bookkeeping
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy practices and only receives the minimum information needed to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s reasonably useful to serve you. Active client and wedding records are kept for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period after for tax, legal, and follow-up purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can:
- Request a copy of the information we have about you
- Request that we correct anything that’s wrong
- Request that we delete your information (we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it by law, e.g., tax records)
- Opt out of any future marketing emails (we currently don’t send any)
To make any of these requests, email Brilyn@lostsheepsalon.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Photo & social media
We sometimes photograph our work for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any photo or video, please tell your stylist at the start of your appointment. Wedding clients sign a separate photo release as part of their service contract — opt-out is available there as well.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate or what the law requires. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
